Yoga comes to IPA! Beginning March 12th there will be a 7:15pm Thursday evening All-Levels Hatha Yoga class taught from the Anusara (Sanskrit meaning "Flowing with Grace") perspective. This class is designed to challenge and inspire both the new-to-yoga student, as well as anyone with an existing practice.
Now you have two chances to complement your Pilates practice with a strong and invigorating yoga practice. Mondays at 1pm "Yoga for Lunch" 1hr class that is a Karma class with all donations going to The Atlanta Food Bank, and the newly added Thursday at 7:15pm.
