CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
 
A MUST for everyone - whether you are new to Pilates or have years of experience! Fundamentals keep your movement honest. This class is an essential introduction to the foundation & basic exercises of the Method.
This class is designed to increase your awareness of the Method – technique & series. Students will experience both classical and contemporary approaches to the Mat, emphasizing form and function.
For the SERIOUS minded Pilates student. Mat 3 incorporates the highest level of concentration and dedication to proper technique, while moving through the advanced movement vocabulary.
Instructor’s choice, based on overall student level.
Stabilization balls are used in this challenging class to promote improved balanced, and a deeper association with the core. Some Mat experience is helpful.
A PETERPILATES original! Emphasizing proper form while using hand weights, this class rapidly progresses through some of the more popular Pilates exercises. Mat experience is strongly recommended.
The ULTIMATE class. If you are looking for a challenge, here it is! Using the Wall Unit & springs to create resistance, students will elongate their muscles, increase flexibility and gain a new respect for Mat work.
An InTown Pilates exclusive…Luxuriate yourself in your stretch while using the Wall Unit. Increase & improve your flexibility and your focus. You will feel longer at the end of this class.
Only at Intown Pilates! Rise & shine with this fast-paced introduction to the Pilates equipment, combined with traditional interval training & circuit drills. Students with a STRONG Mat practice are invited to be put through their paces on the Reformer, Wall Unit & Wunda Chair.
Reformer 4 people, 4 consecutive weeks. You pick the time, you pick the people, Intown Pilates is the place! A great way to supplement your Pilates program with apparatus work and the camaraderie of a small group. Need help forming a group? Just ask!
Drop in Reformer Ever wondered what those machines are in our back room…? Then come experience our newest class. The reformer is THE most popular of the Pilates apparatus & it is a workout like nothing you have done! $25 per class; Pay as you play! NO package, NO series, NO obligation! Online registration is encouraged and recommended. ALL levels are welcome. 4 person max. Check our online schedule daily for availability.

Drop in Reformer Yoga comes to IPA! Beginning March 12th there will be a 7:15pm Thursday evening All-Levels Hatha Yoga class taught from the Anusara (Sanskrit meaning "Flowing with Grace") perspective. This class is designed to challenge and inspire both the new-to-yoga student, as well as anyone with an existing practice.

Now you have two chances to complement your Pilates practice with a strong and invigorating yoga practice. Mondays at 1pm "Yoga for Lunch" 1hr class that is a Karma class with all donations going to The Atlanta Food Bank, and the newly added Thursday at 7:15pm.
